July 2007 Issue
New Beginnings

There's a personality test that includes a question on whether you see a glass with liquid as half-full or half-empty.  I would always say it's half-full.  Although half the year is done, there is still so much that we can do in the coming months.  It is not too late to start things over.

In this issue we celebrate new beginnings --- babies, setting up scrapping goals, new friends and even a new column feature.  We also have cool invitations and flip-flop projects as well as 2 easy-to-make mini travel albums.

Thank you to our readers who have sent in their comments.  This is the only way we can show our contributors that their efforts have not gone to waste.

As promised, the best comment will receive a Cherry Arte prize pack from Scrappin' Moms.  This month, we have not just 1, but 5 winners.

Prizes may be claimed at the Scrapbukan Garage Sale (July 7) or in the coming Scrapbooks-Exchange EBs.

Congratulations to the following:

Shasha - "Kahit malayo ako i can still be updated with new techniques and whats new in the scrapping industry. Salamat scrapbytes team and congratulations for another job well done! As always its a very informative issue... Keep it up!"

Techie - "Congratulations on another great issue of Scrapbytes. You know what, I always print a copy of the Scrapbytes since the first issue just to make sure that when I want to go back to an article, I don't need to open the PC. :)"

Arlyn Abadiano on Patrice's "DIY Bag Tags" article - "Wow! yan and patrice, this is really great! i have been checking scrapbytes e-zine from time to time wishing that they'll be featuring something like this, and whoola, here it is!"

Lee on Tin's "That's BS To You" article - "Tin, you really are full of BS. :-) Thanks for the very informative and well-written article. You make me wish I had known about this before. I'm thinking of the time I lost just watching TV (in indecipherable languages) in hotels when I could have been SCRAPPING. Next time, for sure."

Jenn on Lee's "Into Scrapping? Back to National Bookstore" article - "I have always wanted to own a retrospect box with it's hanging folders for easy browsing and organization - hirap kasi if the papers are stacked one from another, natitiklop yung iba when i browse it. when i saw how much a retrospect box is at joann.com, medyo nalula ako, so gagawa na lang ako...thanks for the tip."

I hope you enjoy this issue and please do send in your comments.  I can't promise 5 prizes but we'll have at least one prize waiting, for sure!

Enjoy!
