Bjay Jaminal - Raising Ms. Bailey
|

Took me 88 shots, a bucketfull of sweat, a sunburnt nape and bruised knees before I was able to nail this single, most decent shot of Bailey! But hey, it was well worth it!
For the dog house, I folded my paper to mimick the usual plyboard type of real dog houses you'll see everywhere. I then made a freehand template of the roof, cut it and also punched out teal-colored cirles to add whimsy to it. For the bone, I again made a freehand template and divided it in three parts, with both ends of the bones raised to add dimension. For both the dog house and bone, I added inking for shadow. Notice the 2 repetitive pictures of Bailey at the bottom? That's to fulfill the 3-picture requirement for this challenge. Hehehe.
The journaling is written at the edge of the layout and it reads:
Who would've thought I could love another creature such as you? I never thought it was possible. But it is. Let me be worthy of your human, let's take it one day at a time. 28 June 2009.
